They sent this note out to wind you up. If you we actually increasing their business they would keep quiet about it and let you boost the revenue. If they are getting in so many extra people why are they giving out a bonus stake? They didn't increase revenue by 27% or 28% but by the highly fictitious 27.5% - I'm surprised they didn't add a few more digits to make it more convincing 27.35% perhaps.
